Recipe for suet: Melt 1c of lard or bacon grease and 1 cup of chunky peanut butter over low heat. Remove from heat and add 2c quick cooking Oatmeal, 2c cornmeal, 1 c of flour, 1/2c of sugar and 1c of small seeds such as sunflower or chia. Pour in small flat containers and freeze until needed. Only put out in cold weather so it does not turn rancid.
